John Phillips
I bring 20+ years of senior leadership experience in engineering and construction across Australia and the Asia Pacific, and I'm a certified speaker and trainer with the John Maxwell Team. My approach combines practical experience leading teams with proven leadership principles and tools.
I believe organisations grow when people grow. Leadership isn't just about a position. It's about influence, relationships and the everyday choices we make.
I work from North Lakes with businesses, schools and community groups across Moreton Bay and North Brisbane, helping leaders and teams communicate better, build stronger relationships and bring out the best in their people.

Why is there no charge?
Leadership begins with intentional growth, and most people never get an hour to stop and think about their own. This is my way of helping.
What happens afterwards?
That's up to you. If you'd like to keep going, I can guide you through the next steps. It's entirely optional and there's no obligation.
When can it run?
Over lunch, at breakfast, in a staff meeting, at a professional development morning or in the evening.

A room, a screen and 60 minutes.

The session works best with 10 or more. There's no upper limit, so tell me your numbers when you get in touch and I'll shape it to suit.
