John Phillips is the founder of AccessAU, with over 20 years across leadership, strategy and complex commercial environments in Australia and global markets. Trained as a chemical engineer with a Master’s in Marketing Management, he has led high-value negotiations, secured major infrastructure contracts and worked alongside senior decision-makers across Australia, Asia-Pacific and beyond.

Through that work he saw a pattern: lasting results come not from strategy or technical skill alone, but from the quality of leadership, decisions and behaviour inside an organisation. That insight became AccessAU.

A Maxwell Leadership Certified Coach, Trainer and Speaker, John blends proven, values-based principles with real commercial and engineering experience. He helps leaders facing growth, change or pressure to think clearly, act decisively and build lasting value for their teams and themselves.

Sunita Phillips – Advisor

Sunita Phillips is a Chartered Accountant (CA ANZ) and founder of Taxright Accountants and Advisors, with over 20 years across accounting, taxation and strategic advisory for business owners and high-income professionals across Australia.

Working with doctors, engineers, IT consultants and business owners, she kept seeing the same pattern: people earning well but held back by excessive tax, poor structuring and reactive advice. That insight shaped her work at Taxright.

Her approach goes well beyond compliance, combining tax planning, business and investment structuring, cash flow and wealth strategy so clients decide well all year, not just at tax time.
