Mastermind Groups

A Mastermind Group is a small, facilitated group that meets for approximately one hour each week, either in person or virtually, to help participants grow personally and professionally through discussion, reflection, and mutual accountability. Facilitated by a Certified Maxwell Leadership Trainer, each session is based on the principle that two minds are better than one, where members bring their experiences, challenges, and ideas to the group, and collective wisdom creates insights that are often impossible to achieve alone. Through leadership learning, practical application, and a trusted, confidential environment, members encourage, challenge, and support one another. Unlike a traditional training course, a mastermind is highly interactive, providing fresh perspectives, meaningful accountability, and clear actions that help participants accelerate their growth and achieve their goals.
